EroTech Gazetteer Number 2 (PDF)
SEX, SORCERY AND EXTREMELY QUESTIONABLE ENGINEERING
The world of EroTech continues to expand—and, like most uncontrolled growths, it has started producing strange islands, animated refuse, sexually charged religions and things best described as ooze only because nobody wants to examine them closely enough to devise a more accurate term.
EroTech Gazetteer Number 2 is another collection of new setting material, character options, creatures and locations for the sexually charged fantasy world featured in Tabletopless.
This issue ventures beyond the familiar to explore the structure of the EroTech universe, some of its stranger peoples and several places where magic, technology, religion and desire have combined in fascinating—and frequently unsanitary—ways.

BUILD SOMETHING DANGEROUS
The Tinkerer provides new possibilities for players who find ordinary magic insufficiently complicated and conventional machinery insufficiently likely to explode.
Tinkerers build, modify and interfere. They are inventors, improvisers and enthusiastic meddlers with forces that more responsible people would leave safely alone. In a world where magic and technology already share an unhealthy intimacy, the Tinkerer offers another way to create marvels, solve problems and introduce entirely new problems nobody had previously imagined.
Alongside the Tinkerer comes the Half-Dead, a new race for those who feel that being wholly alive is unnecessarily restrictive.
The Half-Dead offer another unusual perspective on the world of EroTech, providing material for player characters, Games Master creations and encounters with those who have not allowed death to bring their personal affairs to an orderly conclusion.
WELCOME TO JUNK ISLAND
Every civilisation produces rubbish. A magical civilisation merely produces rubbish capable of reproducing, fighting back or developing hostile opinions about municipal waste management.
Junk Island offers a setting built from the discarded, abandoned and unwanted remnants of EroTech civilisation. It is home to Junk Crabs, Thaumaturgical Ooze and whatever other consequences follow when broken machinery, magical residue and accumulated filth are left alone for long enough.
The island can serve as:
-
A dangerous destination for explorers and salvagers
-
A source of lost devices and valuable materials
-
A refuge for outcasts, criminals and unwanted creations
-
The location of expeditions, recoveries and ill-advised experiments
-
A place to dispose of troublesome characters who may inconveniently return later
-
A foundation for further adventures of your own
One person’s rubbish is another person’s treasure.
Sometimes it is also another person’s enormous magical crab.
ISLANDS, PORTS AND TEMPLES
The gazetteer also explores the Island of Usilazi and the port of Tatlurzuk, providing new places from which to launch adventures, introduce characters or complicate an existing campaign.
The Fertility Temple and the Temple of the Barren offer contrasting expressions of faith, sexuality and reproduction within the world of EroTech. They provide cultural detail, potential allies and enemies, and opportunities for stories involving belief, desire, obligation and the uses to which religious authority may be put.
These locations can be used together as part of a wider journey or separated and introduced wherever they best serve your game.
EXPAND THE WORLD OF EROTECH
Like the rest of the EroTech Gazetteers, this issue is designed to provide material that can be taken apart and used.
Introduce the Tinkerer or Half-Dead into an existing campaign. Send your characters to Junk Island in search of some irreplaceable component. Drop Tatlurzuk into your world as a new port of call. Build an adventure around either temple—or use the entire gazetteer to expand the strange, sensual and technologically unstable world of EroTech.
EroTech is the official fantasy role-playing setting of Tabletopless, where adult performers and experienced role-players explore dangerous worlds and distinctly grown-up adventures.
You can find the other EroTech supplements here.
The machinery is unstable.
The dead are insufficiently dead.
Something in the rubbish has begun to move.
Welcome back to EroTech.
